Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original manufacturer packaging, as items must be in brand-new, unassembled condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Coordinate with our logistics partners to arrange for the collection of your return; please note that original and return shipping fees, plus a restocking fee, will be applied.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item reaches our distribution center and passes a quality control inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
